Visionary Leadership in Real Estate Training
I started my real estate training career back in 1986 and since that time I have invested countless hours in keeping myself informed and educated on all things real estate and tech related. My experience is vast and practical, I use the tools, tips and techniques that I teach, everyday in my business. I love nothing better than sharing my knowledge and skills! I currently work as a company trainer for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Verani Realty in Londonderry as well as for local boards and state associations.
Some of the topics I cover are the REALTOR Code of Ethics, Risk Management, Agency Relationships, Negotiations and I also teach skill building courses like part of the National Association of REALTORS GRI program. Most of my courses are approved for NH CEU and some are also approved in Vermont.
Along with my husband Jay, I teach many tech related courses and workshops and we have led sessions at various Real Estate Bar Camps. I have spoken at many industry events such as conferences and conventions as well as local boards of REALTORS and WCR events.
I am also a licensed NH real estate associate broker and company trainer affiliated with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Verani Realty and Jay is a NH real estate associate broker with BHHS Verani Realty, Exeter NH.
