Should you allow links to open in a new tab or window on your blog post? I’m sure they’ll be some that will say yes but when you do allow that to happen, you end up breaking the back button function and force the user to open a new window or tab on their computer. Often times people have multiple windows open and can at times forget where they were thus not finding their way back to your original site/post. Not checking that box allows the user to browse a site the way they want and not the way you want them to and that “back” button works real well.

I’ve found that over time buyers as well as agents sometimes have a hard time explaining and understanding facilitator. I like to keep it simple so I created this short video and have it posted on my real estate blog and also send via a link when corresponding with consumers.

Wednesday, March 25 2009 at 11:oo a.m. a public hearing will be held at The New Hampshire Real Estate Commission at 25 Capital Street room 425 in Concord NH.
This hearing will cover proposed fee increases for New Hampshire REALTORS. License renewal to increase by $10.00 and late fees also to $10.00.
If you’re interested and want your voice heard plan on attending the public meeting on the 25th.
